This Refund Policy explains how to request a refund for Sort Feed subscription payments. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and any rights you may have under applicable law.

Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, email [email protected] with your order or payment reference, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within three (3) business days.
To investigate quickly, include the approximate subscription payment time, the amount charged, and whether monthly credits were already consumed in the extension.
If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, or subscribed by clear mistake, contact us promptly. We will correct or refund as appropriate.
If your subscription payment succeeded but eligible monthly credits did not appear in your account after reasonable troubleshooting, we will restore access or initiate a refund.
For standard subscription payments, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the initial subscription payment or renewal if you have not meaningfully used the monthly credits for that period (for example, less than twenty percent (20%) consumed). We may refuse or partially refund where credits were substantially consumed, as digital services lose value once used.
Credits spent on transcription or other metered features are generally non-refundable, because the service has already been delivered.
We may deny refunds where we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method when technically possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days after approval.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived.
